Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with Node.js and related technologies.
Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, and ORMs Sequelize and Mongoose.
Experience with Kafka, WebSockets, dynamic programming, algorithms, data structures, and memory management techniques.
Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent) integrated into development workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Node.js developer skilled in building scalable, optimized backend systems with strong architectural understanding and low-level design expertise.
Comfortable working with complex data systems supporting multiple database types, messaging middleware, and real-time features.
Operates with technical maturity to integrate AI-assisted tools effectively, using engineering judgment to validate AI outputs rather than relying on them blindly.
