Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
2-5 years of Software QA experience plus 8+ years testing software integrated with hardware/firmware.
Strong skills in Python GUI test automation and experience with tools like Qt Squish or SmartBear Test Complete.
Proven experience in debugging complex hardware/software issues, developing test plans, and familiarity with JIRA, version control, QA best practices, and software/hardware lifecycles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in electronics, microcontroller programming, bus communications, ideally in power systems, semiconductors, or ICs domains.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while balancing quality, timelines, and feature delivery.
Proactive in raising issues and risks, with a bias toward hands-on QA leadership, mentoring, and driving quality initiatives through deep technical test expertise.
