Own execution of MSAT product areas including Electronic Batch Records, Technology Transfer, and Annual Product Quality Review.
Translate product strategy into requirements, prioritize backlog, and lead AI-assisted prototyping and product development in regulated life sciences software.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product leadership, and go-to-market teams to deliver and launch products, monitor adoption and use data to improve product outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
8+ years experience in MSAT, pharmaceutical manufacturing, computer system validation, quality systems, and/or regulated life sciences software.
3+ years experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis, preferably with enterprise SaaS.
Strong knowledge of MSAT workflows and regulated computerized systems compliance frameworks (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, ICH Q7/Q9/Q10, ASTM E3106/E3263, ALCOA+).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in bridging complex pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory workflows with software product delivery.
Comfortable leading product backlogs and requirements in Agile/Scrum environments using AI tools for rapid prototyping and requirements acceleration.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing software platforms (MES, eBR, VLMS, LIMS, eQMS) and SaaS enterprise software serving life sciences clients.
