Monitor and troubleshoot global network services incidents across various environments including corporate and retail.
Maintain and update operational documentation and incident records while managing incident resolution and escalations.
Support installation, maintenance, and lifecycle tracking of network infrastructure components like switches, wireless access points, SD-WAN appliances, and firewalls, leveraging automation and AI tools to improve operations.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in network operations, infrastructure support, or a similar technical role.
Knowledge of core networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networking, and VPN.
Experience in monitoring alerts, first-level network troubleshooting, incident documentation, and escalation processes.
Location requirement: Bengaluru, India (full-time).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in structured network operational environments with exposure to cross-regional collaboration involving business teams and technical partners.
Comfortable and experienced with modern monitoring, automation, and AI-enabled network operations tools.
Strong operational ownership in managing network incidents from detection through resolution and documentation.
