Support multiple commercial real estate construction and fit-out projects in Gujarat from initiation through closeout.
Assist in project planning including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and documentation to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams, conduct site monitoring, track budgets and schedules, and support procurement and compliance activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
2-4 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or site engineering in commercial real estate, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools and AutoCAD advantageous.
Location requirement: Ahmedabad, Gujarat with travel to various project sites as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience specifically in commercial real estate projects within Gujarat showing familiarity with local building codes and RERA regulations is a plus.
Operationally focused on detailed project coordination, budget and schedule monitoring, and quality assurance in construction environments.
Comfortable working under guidance of senior project professionals while managing multiple tasks and stakeholder communications in a dynamic onsite setting.
