Senior Clinical Programmer (Rave)

Lead clinical programming activities across multiple concurrent studies, managing resources and timelines to ensure quality deliverables.

Develop, validate, and maintain clinical programming tools including database creation, edit checks, migrations, and custom functions using Medidata Rave and supporting technologies.

Provide technical support and application administration as a subject matter expert on core clinical programming platforms and tools, including assisting in audits and change order management.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5-8 years of clinical programming experience, with end-to-end Rave clinical programming expertise including Study/DB build, eCRF build, edit checks, migrations, and custom functions.

Minimum 2+ years of experience with Custom Function programming.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

Experienced in leading clinical programming activities for multiple studies simultaneously, demonstrating strong project and resource management.

Skilled in protocol interpretation and interfacing effectively with sponsors and internal customers at various levels.

Familiarity with matrix-structured environments and additional programming languages like PL/SQL, SAS, C#, or VB is preferable.
