Support execution of general ledger related accounting processes including account balancing, ledger reconciliation, reporting, and discrepancy resolution.
Coordinate and implement accounting projects and SOP audits for the property.
Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with laws, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field with no work experience; OR 2-year degree with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
Proficiency in accounting functions such as ledger reconciliation, reporting, and knowledge of accounting procedures.
Work Experience Required: 0-1 year depending on educational qualifications.
Location: Goa, India; Onsite work required (Not remote).

Detail-oriented candidate capable of managing multiple accounting projects and audits independently.
Comfortable working within established accounting SOPs and compliance standards, including tax monitoring and fraud collection procedures.
Able to generate timely and accurate financial reports and apply accounting knowledge effectively in a hospitality environment.
