About This Role

Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for initiatives impacted by policy and regulatory changes, ensuring visibility into scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.

Manage integrated project plans and workstream execution, including tracking progress and unblocking issues.

Communicate project status and updates effectively to Senior Leadership Team (SLT), project teams, and steering committees.

Minimum Requirements

5 to 10 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, or business transformation.

Bachelor of Technology (BE/B.Tech) degree required; MCA/MTech preferred.

Proficiency in MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and strong project planning skills.

PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar project/program management certification preferred but not mandatory.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience working in healthcare domain is desired to understand specific regulatory and policy contexts.

Strong skills in RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management and Root Cause Analysis Methodology (RCAM).

Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder communication and lead governance at senior leadership level.
