Lead development of advanced machine learning and statistical models focused on healthcare problems.

Establish best practices in modeling, experimentation, and analytical rigor; convert healthcare challenges into scalable data science solutions.

Collaborate with global stakeholders to influence product and business strategy and mentor data science team members.

8+ years of experience in data science or related quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics).

Bachelor of Engineering degree required.

Experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and handling large, high-dimensional datasets.

Preferred domain knowledge or prior experience in healthcare, especially healthcare revenue cycle; location: Hyderabad; Full-time permanent role.

Senior-level data scientist with deep expertise in healthcare analytics and advanced ML methods (Transformers, Deep Learning, Graph Neural Networks).

Experience deploying machine learning models into production and comfortable working independently on ambiguous problems.

Strong collaborator with ability to engage diverse stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
