Manage multiple concurrent business analysis projects including requirements elicitation, scope management, estimation, and tracking project metrics.
Develop and maintain business and functional requirement specifications, requirements matrix, business process flows, and test scenarios.
Collaborate with developers and multiple stakeholder teams to ensure delivery and support through testing, defect tracking, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of full-time experience in business analysis or related roles.
Working knowledge of Agile framework and experience engaging with US/UK customers.
Proficiency in Excel and ability to work in EU/UK time zones.
Experience in requirements analysis, elicitation, scope management, estimation, and testing (integration, system, regression).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple discrete projects and coordinate across multiple teams.
Experience working directly with end users and customers in US/UK markets supporting business transformations.
Familiarity with multiple business domains, especially logistics and EDI standards (X12, XML, Flat file) is a plus but not mandatory.
