Business Analytics Analyst - C10 - Gurugram

Analyze business problems across client lifecycle stages including acquisition, engagement, experience, and retention for Treasury & Trade Services business.

Leverage multiple analytical methods, tools, and diverse data sources including structured and unstructured data to deliver insights to business and functional stakeholders.

Develop predictive models, identify patterns and trends, and support go-to-market strategy design for sales, pricing, and client experience optimization.

Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years or Master’s Degree with 2+ years experience in data analytics.

Experience solving business problems related to sales, marketing, pricing, client experience, cross-sell, or retention, preferably in financial services.

Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Hive, MS Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with NLP techniques for unstructured text data.

Work Experience Required: 2+ years in data analytics as specified, location requirement: Gurugram, India (implied).

Experienced in working with complex and varied data sources including big data and unstructured data such as call transcripts.

Capable of hands-on technical work (data retrieval and manipulation) with proficiency in Python and PySpark within big data environments.

Demonstrates ability to convert business problems into analytical frameworks and develop predictive models for business impact.
