Provide technical solutions and in-depth guidance to customers on Snowflake's AI Data Cloud security and platform usage during night shifts.
Troubleshoot complex security issues related to authentication, authorization, identity providers, network policies, and access control.
Document solutions, report bugs, collaborate with engineering, and support global customers with priority service and incident management.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a technical support or customer-facing technical role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong understanding of at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and proficiency with authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, SSO, OAuth, SCIM, MFA, SSL/TLS).
Must work night shifts starting ~10:00 PM IST, including participation in on-call rotations on nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has expertise in cloud security and identity management protocols with a process-oriented problem-solving approach.
Experienced working in global support environments, capable of collaborating across teams and managing priority customer escalations.
Comfortable with dynamic schedules and incident management in a 24x7 support context.
