Lead the design, development, and implementation of training programs across technical and non-technical domains targeting youth employability and skills development.
Manage and support trainers including Training of Trainers (ToT) to ensure quality and consistency in training delivery using digital and hybrid learning models.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Education, Social Sciences, Human Development, or related fields.
8 - 10 years of experience in training design and delivery, with at least 2 years in managing trainers or leading learning initiatives.
Experience in both technical (digital literacy, coding) and non-technical (communication, life and employability skills) program domains.
Work Experience Required: 8 - 10 years in relevant training and learning roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in instructional design and curriculum development with strong understanding of adult and youth learning principles.
Proven ability to manage and coach trainers and coordinate complex learning projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and adept at integrating blended and experiential learning methodologies for youth development contexts.
