Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and governance of IBOR data conversion within Alpha Global Conversion Practice across front, middle, and back office systems.
Manage data analysis, develop and implement data conversion lifecycle including requirements analysis, solution design, client acceptance, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Oversee conversion planning, testing milestones, and resolve data discrepancies to ensure timely client onboarding and seamless platform implementation.
Minimum Requirements
12 to 18 years of overall industry experience with at least 9 years in financial services (preferably Investment or Asset Management).
Strong domain expertise in Capital Markets covering Middle, Back, and Front Office; solid understanding of IBOR/ABOR, Securities, Loans, Transaction Management.
Proven experience managing teams of 10-20 members and working on client onboarding projects for Middle and Back Office.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
