Design, fine-tune, and deploy small and large open-source LLMs and build advanced NLP/NLU workflows using modern AI/ML frameworks.
Lead Python system architecture, API and microservices design including development, deployment, and code quality oversight.
Provide technical guidance, production support, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of industry experience in Python application design, development, and deployment.
Experience in API development (FastAPI/REST), ETL pipelines, and relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL or similar).
Hands-on experience with LLM prompt engineering, few-shot prompting, fine-tuning, and AI/ML frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science; experience with deployment/scaling AI/ML services on cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and proficiency in containers and infrastructure as code.

Experienced in leading AI/ML model integration and deployment pipelines within scalable, maintainable Python-based systems.
Comfortable driving technical decisions involving modern AI frameworks and microservices architectures in a collaborative environment.
