Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–6 years of corporate income tax compliance experience at Big 4, Grant Thornton, BDO, or a multinational enterprise.
Hands-on experience preparing U.S. international tax forms (5471, 8858, GILTI/Subpart F), and comprehensive knowledge of related tax compliance (Forms 1120, 8990, 8991, 8992, etc).
Proficiency with Corptax International Module; familiarity with Workday ERP or similar data systems is a plus.

Experienced in integrating post-acquisition entities into centralized tax compliance frameworks, indicating strong M&A tax knowledge and technical ownership.
Comfortable working in a global matrixed environment collaborating closely with US tax teams and India leadership with strong English communication skills.
Tech-savvy and oriented towards process automation and AI adoption to streamline and innovate compliance processes beyond traditional boundaries.
