Design, develop, and optimize advanced AI and ML solutions, including LLMs and associated infrastructure, to support intelligent decision-making and automation.
Lead AI/ML initiatives focusing on building and deploying systems such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and performance-optimized LLMs with deployment using microservices and container orchestration.
Manage end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle aspects including data engineering, model fine-tuning, experiment tracking, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure setup using cloud and DevOps tools.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML or related fields, specializing in deep learning, LLM development and deployment.
Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain) and big data tools like Spark.
Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Kubernetes), DevOps (Terraform, CI/CD pipelines), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; M.Tech, MCA or MBA also acceptable as per JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operating within hybrid work environments driving AI/ML projects at scale with strong emphasis on infrastructure and MLOps.
Skilled in advanced AI concepts including LLM quantization, RAG systems, vector databases, semantic search, and experimental design for performance tuning.
Comfortable in collaborative, technically complex initiatives focusing on cutting-edge generative AI, microservices deployment, and AI system lifecycle operations in consulting settings.
