Lead a ~20-member team across AI Engineering, Data Engineering, and BI/Data Visualization to deliver scalable AI-enabled analytics solutions supporting Pfizer's International Commercial Division.
Own design, build, deployment, and scaling of AI and agentic AI solutions including solution architecture, technical standards, and governance with MLOps/LLMOps practices.
Drive evolution of data foundation towards AI-ready, governed data layers and deliver intuitive decision-support tools while managing stakeholder alignment and team capability growth.
Minimum Requirements
15-20 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence; 8+ years in people management with experience leading managers.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, or related quantitative field.
Proven experience in leading AI-enabled analytics and data engineering solutions with measurable business impact at scale.
Work Location: Hybrid (Mumbai-based Global Capability Center).

Experienced leader skilled at managing multiple technical teams and developing managers within analytics and AI domains.
Strong solution architect with hands-on expertise in AI/agentic AI platforms (e.g., Snowflake Cortex), and establishing MLOps/LLMOps practices.
Ability to partner cross-functionally with business and technology stakeholders to translate technical delivery into business outcomes and guide capability evolution.
