14+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in engineering management or technical leadership, including managing leads or managers.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Deep hands-on expertise in Data Engineering, AWS cloud-native platforms, ETL/ELT pipeline design, API integrations, connector frameworks, and distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of iPaaS, MERN stack, microservices, event-driven systems, DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization, and BI/analytics ecosystems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
