Minimum Requirements
8–10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET or Python, with modern front-end experience in React, Angular, or Vue.
Advanced experience with Azure cloud or equivalent (AWS/GCP), and expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, Domain-Driven Design, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and DevOps tooling including CI/CD.
Familiarity with secure coding practices including OWASP guidelines and test-driven development practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced T-shaped engineer with deep specialism in backend, frontend, cloud, or DevOps within Microsoft-centric technology stack (.NET, C#, React/TypeScript, Azure).
Demonstrates technical leadership in Agile delivery environments and fosters engineering excellence, autonomy, and code quality improvement in squads.
Strong ability to mentor developers across levels, promote best practices, and contribute to shaping engineering frameworks and internal standards.
