About This Role
- Own security architecture strategy and execution for a large, multi-tenant cloud-native CX platform, including driving end-to-end cross-team security initiatives and strengthening the secure SDLC.
- Translate broad, cross-product requirements into actionable architectural designs for enterprise and regulated customers, guiding multiple engineering teams.
- Lead innovation and AI-first engineering adoption across the organization, including supporting AI-assisted development security and acting as backup for security incident architecture leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years as a software or solutions architect on large-scale, distributed, cloud-based systems.
- Strong expertise in AWS security practices including IAM, network security, encryption, secrets management, and security posture management.
- Demonstrated experience securing production systems and implementing secure SDLC processes such as threat modeling, SAST/SCA/DAST tools, and CI/CD security gates.
- Work Experience Required: 14+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in architecture roles.

- Experienced leader capable of influencing and driving cross-team initiatives without direct authority, with ownership and follow-through.
- Deep architectural skillset spanning cloud-native (Kubernetes, serverless) and legacy monolithic systems in multi-tenant SaaS and microservices environments.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of security, compliance, and AI, especially in implementing practical security strategies supporting AI-assisted development.
