Own individual backend modules within the Kapture suite from design through delivery, ensuring system uptime and SLA adherence.
Manage a small team (2-4 engineers) including planning, sprint management, mentoring, and code reviews.
Engage independently with external clients and internal teams (implementation, support, product) to translate and deliver technical requirements.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years of hands-on Java development experience.
Expertise in Java, including multithreading and performance optimization.
Experience with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and relational databases like MySQL.
Location: Bangalore office with 5 days/week onsite work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in building enterprise-scale, high-performance, scalable SaaS/backend systems for global customers.
Demonstrated first-level managerial experience owning product modules and leading small engineering teams.
Experience with B2B SaaS products, startup environments, and working knowledge of Unix/Linux is advantageous.
