Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering.
6-9 years of relevant experience in data analytics and automation.
Professional experience with database management, data transformation, BI tools, ETL/ELT, API/SQL integration, and dashboard development.
Knowledge of engineering/program management data sets including SAP or Oracle is recommended.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical proficiency in data analytics algorithms, data visualization (Power BI, Grafana, R, Python), and data pipeline development supporting code and orchestration.
Ability to define automation solution architectures considering scalability, performance, and security with coding standards.
Experience in process management and problem solving to translate complex requirements into actionable automation solutions while collaborating with diverse internal/external stakeholders.
