Lead design, architecture, and development of backend services, data models, and integrations ensuring scalability and technical standards.
Develop and maintain data synchronization pipelines, RESTful APIs, and AI-based tools, including RAG AI agents and MCP integrations.
Own code quality, performance optimization, mentorship of junior engineers, and cross-team collaboration within an Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of backend development experience including 1–2 years in a lead or senior role.
Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS framework.
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), data modeling, API design, and data synchronization techniques including Change Data Capture.
Working knowledge of AI agent development, RabbitMQ or Redis messaging, and integration with third-party APIs such as Google Workspace APIs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader able to own backend architecture and mentor junior developers effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project Agile setup.
Strong background in backend engineering for data-intensive applications involving event-driven architectures and asynchronous job processing.
Familiar with AI technologies integration, data pipelines, and production environments in entertainment or media production contexts.
