Minimum Requirements
2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Production experience with Go or strong backend experience with ability to quickly become productive in Go.
Strong understanding of Go concurrency primitives (goroutines, channels, mutexes, context) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TLS, connection management).
Experience building, debugging production backend services with knowledge of distributed systems concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced backend engineer with a focus on Go and distributed systems.
Comfortable working with networking-heavy applications involving real-time communication and long-lived connections.
Familiarity or exposure to edge/IoT systems, messaging systems (NATS, RabbitMQ), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) is advantageous.
