About This Role
- Drive development and implementation of analytical solutions to support Banking Operations & Analytics within COO.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and automated solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insights for business operations.
- Create interactive dashboards and identify automation opportunities to streamline manual and repetitive tasks using tools like SQL, Python, SAS, PySpark, Tableau, and Power BI.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Reporting & Automation or Data/Information Management Analyst roles with proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, PySpark, Tableau.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with banking operations (e.g., expense analytics, cash flow management, fraud analytics) and knowledge of data privacy and security regulatory requirements.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant data analytics and automation roles.

- Experienced with developing and deploying AI/Gen AI solutions and establishing scalable analytics frameworks involving data strategy, process optimization, and visualization.
