Develop, design, and deliver secure, stable, and scalable software components within JPMorgan Chase's Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team.
Write high-quality, secure code using at least one programming language, leveraging enterprise-authorized AI-assisted tools to improve code quality and productivity, with peer review and automated testing.
Troubleshoot and analyze complex software problems across the Software Development Life Cycle and contribute to decision-making using large, diverse data sets.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Hands-on practical experience in Automation and Performance Testing.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming and database querying languages.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools, with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in backend enterprise application development with exposure to Agile SDLC delivery, including CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
Knowledgeable about microservices development and deployment using AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service, Elastic Container Service, and EC2 instances.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code using Terraform, AWS production environment deployment, and relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL.
