Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures focusing on performance tuning for large datasets.
Design logical and physical data models supporting data quality, governance, and data standardization efforts, including duplicate data resolution.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and data governance teams in requirement analysis, solution design, and contribute to technical documentation with a path to becoming a Semarchy MDM Consultant.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of total professional experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in SQL development including complex joins, window functions, query optimization, stored procedures, and execution plan analysis.
Experience with relational database design, data modeling (ER modeling, normalization/denormalization), and database performance tuning.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BE/B.Tech/MS/M.Tech/MCA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically strong SQL developer with solid experience in database design and performance optimization, eager to learn and apply MDM concepts.
Comfortable working with multiple database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL and willing to adapt to Semarchy MDM platform through training.
Experienced in collaborative environments involving business analysts and data governance, able to participate effectively in technical discussions and documentation.
