Own end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) functions for APAC Studios accounts receivable, including customer account maintenance, contracts adherence, cash collection, and working capital improvement.
Oversee outsourced service provider (BPO) collections, invoicing, reporting activities, and ensure adherence to global standards with process improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, IT, Legal teams, and participate in cash flow forecasting and customer dispute resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of end-to-end Order to Cash experience including SSC/BPO environment.
Commerce graduate with MBA or CA Intermediate qualification.
Mandatory understanding of Indian GST; SAP experience preferred.
Experience managing/leading teams and working with outsourced service providers (BPO).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in media industry or media sales OTC processes and challenges, preferably with knowledge of media sales billing cycles.
Track record of managing escalations, negotiations with customers, and stakeholder communications including Legal and Business Unit Finance.
Comfortable working in UK and US shift time zones with strong English communication skills and independent execution style.
