Minimum Requirements
Strong proficiency in Java with 8+ years of experience.
Expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful services, JPA/Hibernate, multithreading, and object-oriented design patterns.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, PCF, Docker, cloud-native development, and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes/OpenShift).
Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL or similar; knowledge of test-driven development, secure coding, and API security (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior backend engineer focused on scalable, cloud-native distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Comfortable working with modern AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, testing, and documentation.
Background in payments, financial services, or high-volume transaction processing systems is preferred but not mandatory.
