Own regional data domains of Finance, Controlling & Fixed Assets supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration across multiple countries and functions.
Lead data harmonization, governance, cleansing, migration, validation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure accurate and timely transition.
Manage testing, training, cutover activities, and post-migration support for master data, collaborating with global and regional teams and external implementation partner.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years experience in data migration, master data management, or data governance roles, with 3+ years professional experience in business process operations.
Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, specifically Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Fixed Assets (AA) modules.
Experience in large-scale ERP transformation/migration projects and familiarity with data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and conversion methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex SAP Finance domain data migration projects regionally within global matrix organizations, preferably in FMCG/CPG industry.
Skilled at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to align global standards with regional requirements.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for data quality, governance compliance, and ability to drive issue resolution during transformation.
