Provide day-to-day operational support for ICM business onboarding, technology access, and business continuity planning across global regions (NAM, EMEA, APAC).
Track new hires, manage equipment/system access requests, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements including Employee Entitlement Reviews (EERS).
Serve as central point of contact for 2nd Line of Defense and support functions such as Internal Audit, compliance, and technology during audits, reviews, and issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
7-9 years of financial services experience in Banking or Financial Institutions industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Strong knowledge of Citi systems including reporting and dashboarding for senior leadership presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ideal Candidate Profile
