Minimum Requirements
6 to 10 years of experience in customer service, strictly not less than 6 years.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Full proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in US/UK/Australia/Canada shifts mandatory; role requires night shift (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM or 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM) in Bangalore location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in transactional HR service delivery with familiarity in US mobility and immigration processes.
Comfortable using HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow, with basic Excel skills for reporting and analytics.
Able to manage confidential information, provide efficient solutions, and improve customer service processes.
