Product Design Lead

10+ years of professional experience in product design or related field.

Experience in design leadership/management, preferably in engineering-led organizations and local site design leadership.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering and product teams; experience working with global teams.

Role location: Pune; Experience in financial services or regulated industries is advantageous but not mandatory.

Proven leader capable of managing design teams and influencing cross-departmental initiatives within a complex, regulated environment.

Experienced in end-to-end product design with a strategic mindset towards risk, controls, and digital transformation.

Skilled in integrating user research insights into design decisions, with familiarity in accessibility and inclusive design practices.
