Proven hands-on programming experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript with full-stack software development skills.
Experience leading high-impact automation initiatives, specifically in software test automation.
Experience developing and validating software in a regulated GxP environment, ideally healthcare or pharmaceutical.
Familiarity with enterprise ALM tools like Jira and Codebeamer and experience with container deployment and infrastructure lifecycle management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading small to medium software initiatives end-to-end, taking ownership in ambiguous technical areas.
Skilled at integrating AI innovations such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic operations, and agentic testing into production environments.
Comfortable mentoring peers, aligning technical strategies globally, and effectively communicating complex technical architecture across stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
