Lead and deliver user trainings, tool demos, and client presentations for Finance technology solutions like Blackline, Trintech, Oracle ARCS, OneStream.

Manage end-to-end system design and implementation including build/configuration, system integration testing, user training, and hypercare issue resolution.

Design to-be business processes, operating models, governance, service management, and conduct business case analysis focusing on finance function transformation.

3+ years of experience in digital transformation related to finance function, operations, or performance improvement consulting.

Hands-on implementation experience with Financial Close tools such as Blackline, Highradius, Trintech, Oracle ARCS, OneStream.

Experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementations including assessment, planning, requirement gathering, design, configuration/development, testing, training, and deployment of financial close tools.

Graduate or Postgraduate degree preferred.

Experienced in managing client engagements and leading stakeholder communications including management reviews and steering committees.

Skilled in designing and leading finance business operating models and process improvements leveraging technology.

Capable of independent resolution during post-implementation hypercare and agile handling of issues and changes.
