Ocean Contract Management Sr Specialist

Manage North America Tender customers focusing on quotation management, tender execution, and contract administration ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Coordinate closely with GSC teams including Contract Correction, Disputes, and Invoice Quality for customer experience and commercial outcome.

Drive tender strategy analysis, support negotiation preparation, manage nomination databases, and enable growth through strategic partnership with Sales and CX.

5-10 years of experience in Tender Management, Freight Pricing, Quotations, Contract Management, or Tender Bidding within Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain.

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills.

Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM) from Chennai. Immediate joiners or 30-day notice period max preferred.

Experienced in handling tender negotiations and managing customer contracts in a logistics/shipping environment with strong commercial acumen.

Analytical and detail-oriented professional adept at coordinating cross-functional teams and handling multiple priorities with urgency.

Comfortable working in a night shift setup supporting North America business operations with a mindset for continuous improvement and adaptability.
