Manage and grow assigned ocean freight tender accounts globally, including quoting, tendering, contract maintenance, and dispute coordination.
Act as a single point of contact for sales account owners and customer service teams, owning the account lifecycle from Global Supply Chain (GSC).
Drive tender strategy analysis, support nomination database and compliance reporting, and prepare negotiation packages for customers.
Minimum Requirements
3 years minimum experience in Customer Service, Tender, Sales, or Performance Management within Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and good English communication (written and verbal) required.
Ability to work Chennai night shift (6 PM to 3 AM) and preferred immediate joiners or max 30-day notice period.
Bachelor's or Master's degree from recognized university.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in tender management and freight pricing with strong contract negotiation and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with capability to handle pressure, multitask, and follow pre-defined processes rigorously.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional global environment supporting sales, marketing, and commercial teams.
