15+ years of software engineering experience in storage systems, distributed systems, filesystems, or cloud infrastructure.

Proven impact at Principal, Distinguished, or Staff+ engineering levels on large-scale production storage or distributed systems.

Strong systems programming skills in C++, Go, Rust, or Java, with deep OS internals, concurrency, memory, networking, and performance tuning expertise.

Candidates must be located near office or willing to relocate; legal right to work at the specified location is required.

Expertise in distributed filesystem architecture, metadata management, replication, and data protection technologies at cloud scale.

Experience driving technical alignment across multiple teams without direct authority, indicating senior technical leadership.

Background in high-throughput, low-latency datapath performance engineering and AI/GenAI workload-optimized storage solutions.
