Design, develop, implement, and support ETL data pipelines, Snowflake data warehouse solutions, and data quality frameworks for the Alpha Data Platform.
Own end-to-end delivery across software development lifecycle including client onboarding, production support, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and mentor a team of Data Integration Developers, managing priorities, delivery commitments, and collaborating globally with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Information Technology, or related field.
12-15 years of experience in Data Integration, Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, or Data Orchestration services.
Strong skills in ETL tools (Talend Cloud Data Integration), advanced SQL development and optimization, Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, and Snowflake Data Cloud.
Experience leading development teams, managing production support in SLA-driven environments, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native data solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering enterprise-scale, scalable data integration solutions in cloud-based environments, preferably within financial services domain.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery, including complex project ownership, stakeholder management, and cross-regional collaboration.
Strong technical leadership with experience mentoring teams, driving delivery excellence, and supporting enterprise SaaS platforms under SLA constraints.
