Drive architectural decisions, cloud strategy, and operational excellence to ensure scalable, reliable SaaS products with frequent customer-visible delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s or PhD in quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Physics).
8+ years in software development with at least 2 years in software/cloud engineering leadership role.
Expertise in Python, distributed systems, cloud-native microservices architecture, and AWS cloud with containerization and Infrastructure-as-Code (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation).
Position is based onsite in Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in AI/Generative AI product delivery who can translate AI use cases into executable technical plans with measurable business impact.
Strong technical judgment in AI system trade-offs (latency, cost, accuracy, reliability) and able to maintain delivery predictability through incremental milestones.
Proven ability to operate and lead engineering teams in a global, cross-functional, and ambiguous product environment while managing stakeholder communications effectively.
