Lead and execute all phases of embedded software development for Marvell’s Teralyx and Prestera packet processors, integrating SAI/SONiC network operating systems.
Architect innovative, scalable Linux-based embedded products focused on L2/L3 switching and routing protocols for cloud datacenter solutions.
Mentor and guide distributed R&D teams to meet aggressive project goals and collaborate cross-functionally with architects, QA, product management, and customers.
Minimum Requirements
8-15 years professional experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; OR 5-10 years with Master’s/PhD.
Strong expertise in L2/L3 Ethernet switching and routing protocols including LAG, VLAN, xSTP, LLDP, ARP, VxLAN, RIP, OSPF, BGP, IGMP, ISIS, ACL, QoS, TCAM.
Proficiency in programming languages C, C++, and Python, with embedded system software development experience for switches/routers.
Experience leading distributed engineering teams across multiple locations; ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across levels.

Demonstrates technical leadership in developing scalable, distributed embedded network software for cloud datacenters using open-source NOS like SONiC.
Experienced in managing complex R&D projects with cross-functional interaction in product architecture, testing, and customer collaboration.
