Product Solution Engineer (1 - 3 years)

Own production software issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution to maintain system stability.

Develop and maintain monitoring solutions for production and non-production environments.

Automate manual tasks via scripting and develop minor feature enhancements in stable system components.

1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced production support environment.

Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell script.

Good exposure to MySQL, including writing and understanding complex SQL joins.

Experience with programming languages like C++, Java, or Ruby on Rails is a strong plus but not mandatory.

Proactive problem solver comfortable working with cross-functional teams bridging technical and business needs.

Experienced in managing and resolving customer issues through written communication and support tools.

Skilled in automation and production monitoring to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
