Lead creation and optimization of analytical dashboards; mentor analysts and contribute to hiring and onboarding processes.

4+ years analytics experience in relevant roles.

Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data consolidation from multiple sources.

Strong expertise in Excel and visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.

Understanding of data-analysis languages (R, Python) and core statistics; ML model experience is good-to-have but not required.

Strong problem solver with curiosity for underlying business/product dynamics and the ability to translate these into analytical questions.

Experience operating at a strategic level with ownership mentality, capable of influencing decisions with data-backed evidence.

Skilled communicator able to explain analysis stories clearly to senior leaders, bridging data insights and business impact.
