About This Role
- Define development plans and acceptance criteria from requirements for Java and React projects.
- Design, build, test, and maintain new and existing features with focus on performance, code quality, and reliability.
- Identify and solve bottlenecks or bugs, ensure high-quality code and documentation, and embed agile and development best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Java J2EE development.
- At least 4 years of experience with ReactJS.
- Strong skills in Spring Boot, JavaScript, SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL), and Kubernetes/OpenShift DevOps practices.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech./MCA; Location: Noida or Bangalore.

- Experienced technical leader capable of owning end-to-end development lifecycle for high-performance applications.
- Proficient in integrating and maintaining complex systems using Java backend and React frontend with DevOps and container orchestration.
- Able to implement best coding practices, automation, and maintain service continuity through clear documentation.
