Minimum Requirements
3-4 years of hands-on experience administering or configuring Workforce Software platforms.
Any Graduate degree.
Strong technical aptitude with system logic, relational databases, and data interfaces.
Experience with SAP Employee Central integration with Workforce Software.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Workforce Software system administration with configuration and optimization skills.
Proficient in analyzing and validating data using Advanced Excel.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate across IT, HRIS, Payroll, and Operations teams.
