Provide Loan IQ production support by partnering with operations users, technology teams, and vendors to investigate and resolve issues including root-cause analysis and coordination of fixes.
Support testing activities for vendor upgrades, enhancements, data fixes, and production deployments while documenting system behaviors and operational procedures.
Act as liaison across business, operations, technology, and vendors to resolve complex production incidents and coordinate medium to large-scale enterprise initiatives with multiple dependencies.
Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years of Business Systems Data experience (including work experience, training, military experience, or education).
Significant hands-on experience (3-4+ years) with Loan IQ and commercial lending platforms supporting production, analysis, testing, or implementation.
Proven SQL skills for data analysis and resolution of production issues.
Work Experience Required: 2+ years business systems data experience, 3-4+ years Loan IQ/platforms support experience explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in commercial lending and Loan Accounting processes including syndications, loan trading, origination, and servicing.
Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as ALM and JIRA for backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and defect management.
Capability to leverage AI tools for task automation while maintaining strong critical thinking and responsible AI usage in compliance with governance and risk requirements.
