Extensive experience in Human Resources, including strategic talent management, employee relations, change management, and organizational development.
Proven track record in strategic partnering and executive-level coaching with ability to link HR initiatives to business results.
Experience with local labor legislation and matrixed organizations; role based in Mumbai, not remote, no travel expected.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced strategic HR partner comfortable working in a large, matrixed, and complex organization like Castrol/bp.
Skilled in coaching senior leadership teams and driving change and talent management aligned with business priorities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities with experience influencing at executive and board levels.
