Fault Detection Support

Proactively identify, analyze, and support resolution of network-wide faults in global EV charging infrastructure using data analytics and predictive tools.

Monitor assets via diagnostic tools and performance dashboards to detect anomalies and predict failures to ensure optimal uptime.

Collaborate with engineering, field service, and analytics teams; develop and maintain fault detection workflows, and deliver fault performance reports with root cause analyses.

Minimum 2+ years experience in asset monitoring, diagnostics, or maintenance planning in EV charging, renewable energy, telecom, or similar sectors.

Hands-on experience with data analytics tools, databases, and visualization platforms (e.g., PowerBI).

Knowledge of IoT systems and ability to interpret technical data for remote troubleshooting.

Shift timing from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST; no travel expected; position not remote; relocation support available within country.

Experienced in working cross-functionally with global teams to support operational fault detection and resolution.

Proficient in leveraging predictive analytics to improve asset uptime and reduce operational inefficiencies.

Experienced in developing fault detection workflows and aligning findings with business scalability and maintenance strategy.
