About This Role
- Manage multiple engineering scrum teams to deliver a next-generation microservice-based data management platform.
- Drive platform architecture evolution, developer experience improvements, and adoption support for other Market Ops teams.
- Ensure application of modern engineering practices, code quality standards, AI-augmented delivery, and operational automation for platform maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience including engineering management.
- Strong skills in Java Spring Boot microservice development and architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience managing global technology teams and knowledge of financial services.
